This chatty talking head girl on E!, her dress bothered me because I knew I had seen it before. I remembered it because of the frayed detail, it looks un-finished but sort of cool at the same time. But it's identical, sans the jewels, to one Melania Trump had worn in the past. I knew it would come to me :)
