Made my first pizza evahhh today. I don't actually like pizza, but because I'm not a big fan of gooey pastry smothered in red sauce. So I thought it would be fun to try my hand in this whole pizza thing. I bought that pre-made pastry that comes in a tin? Rolled it out on my round stone.. to find it's rectangular. Doh!! So I cut off the excess and made some un-pretty crust. Baked it a bit, then added the toppinz. I used a 4 cheese pasta sauce.. just a smooodge. Then added shredded 5 cheese blend and added Havarti. Oh yeahh. Some seasonings... sliced tomatoes.. Canadian bacon, pepperoni, bacon and more cheese. It was actually very good. MrNV, the lackey and I scarfed it down :)
